Four adults were rescued after being trapped by floodwaters in the middle of the riverbed near Railroad Avenue and Magic Mountain Parkway on Wednesday morning, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.  The call came out at 10:24 a.m., and firefighters arrived at 10:32 a.m., according to Edith Lai with the Fire Department.   The people were reported as being surrounded by
