Santa Clarita residents should expect the rainy weather to slightly lighten up on Tuesday night through Wednesday morning with about three-quarters of an inch of rain anticipated, according to National Weather Service officials.  However, there is a slight chance of thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon into early Tuesday evening, according to Joe Sirard, meteorologist with NWS.  Gusty winds ranging from 30 to 40 mph are expected from Tuesday to Wednesday,
